Who can participate
STeP-IN intends to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), start-ups and scale-ups of the entire textile sector chain, bringing together designers, producers and distributors.
The project focuses mainly on SMEs of Ukraine (EaP focus country) and Italy (EU focus country) but is open to SMEs from all other European and EaP countries. The other EAP Countries are represented by Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, and Moldova.
Partners aim at contribute to the overall objective of the EU4BCC project that is to support sustainable economic development, improve gender equality and job creation in the EaP countries. For this reason, the STeP-IN project is particularly committed to involving and promoting the participation of EaP SMEs run by young entrepreneurs (under 35 years old), run by women and that have their seat in rural areas, connecting them with Italian SMEs and assisting them in the different phases of the internationalization process (labelling, standards and certifications...).
The B2B is addressed to SMEs belonging to the entire textile filiera:
- Fashion Designers/Stylists
- Young fashion designers/stylist, brand developers
- Digital design for fashion industry, Fashion related industries
- Textile and accessories’ manufacturing companies and smes
- Mechano textile manufacturers
- Retailers, distributors, buyers, Fashion stores
- E-commerce Platforms
- Sales agents
- University/R&D Institution looking for new partnerships
How to participate
SMEs can apply to the STeP-IN project within 17th January 2022.
SMEs can apply filling the following Application Form in all its parts:

After approval of the candidature, the company profile will be published in the platform and each company will receive an email notification confirming the validation and receiving the login access.
SME can insert all information about the company, products, field of activity, select what king of cooperation it is looking for and which session it is interested to participate.
